The District Conference is not just for club officers and district leaders.
The conference is for all Rotarians and their families.
It will be held Thursday September 23 through
Saturday September 25 at the
Tulsa Southern Hills Marriott.
And now for several things that are completely different and exciting this year:
- There are NO registration fees for District Conference this year.
Those attending will merely pay for meals and dinners they choose to enjoy.
- The District Conference will provide opportunities to improve your Rotary knowledge and skills. Through participation in this event, you can determine what you will be able to do for and with your Rotary Family throughout the coming year.
- All District weekly Rotary meetings will be a combined into a single meeting at Friday's luncheon and feature inspirational speakers.
- You will have FUN while attending the 2010 District Conference, interacting with Rotarians from all over the District. The House of Friendship will be open to all Rotarians throughout the Conference.
- Be inspired by addresses from Rotarians in leadership roles throughout District 6110 and nationally as they discuss Rotary's current and future important issues and review the progress made on these issues.
Here are some other important event details to note:
